Advance ordering of Bulk Product

As you may be aware our production facility has now moved to DGL East Tamaki in Auckland where it is far more efficiently run and makes sending off orders cheaper for our customers.

This means that we are unable to have the convenience to bottle or prepare/fill your bulk orders on a daily basis from bulk storage as we used to.  Now the bulk 5/10 and 20L containers are filled from bulk storage. This does mean that sometimes there will be a delay of a few days in the worst case scenario. Please think ahead when ordering.

Therefore, if possible, to avoid disappointment and delays in sending out your orders we would suggest that you give us your orders one month in advance, particularly for MetGel which has a 12 month shelf life so we like to make it really fresh.  We do of course have estimated stocks  on hand, but, orders are so irregular that it is impossible to know in advance how many containers to prepare to fulfil orders.  We don’t want items sitting around on the shelves getting old.

This way we will be better able to serve you our customers.
