Taking off that Brush Cap !

Have you struggled to take off the Brush Cap to refill the bottle from your bulk supply?
Well here’s a video to show you how.
I recommend using a serrated knife, something like a bread knife or a tomato knife to take off the Brush Cap. Just it to dig into the red cap and with enough pressure flip off the cap. Make sure you have something in front of you to catch the cap! It comes off with a bit of speed. Have a look at the demo video below of Andy doing the job. A little practice and you’ll have it. Keep your fingers out of the way, safety first.
Now’s the time to rinse the accumulation of muck off the bristles before you replace the same bruch cap, or if it’s really worn out, get one of our replacement caps. We sell these on the website. We like to make sure that you can re-use the bottles many times and save on plastic waste. All our plastics are recycle 2.
If you choose to replace the brush, uou’ll find that the replacement brush is inside the new cap. When you screw the new cap tightly onto the bottle the brush into clicks into place on the bottle. Take off the cap and hey presto the new brush is now in place, ready for action.
We buy the best quality brushes from Germany, but even so, a lot of people are much too tough on the brush bristles and end up frizzing them out really quickly. If you are using the correct amount of pressure, a brush should last many refills. You only need light pressure to spread the gel onto the stump. Too much pressure removes the gel and you don’t get the right layer on the stump. Gently does it.
